This was a fun silhouette! It was for a nursery and not the traditional colors – black and white. I enjoyed doing something with a splash of color. The dog was adorable! He sat for his portrait and did very well!

Art Crossing Artist Colony

Artisphere was great! The artists in Art Crossing all did demonstrations for 40 minutes each on Saturday. The weather was perfect and the people were just enjoying Greenville.

Displaying Silhouettes

This was a lovely way to display silhouettes. The bride had a display of manzanita branches on which we (my assistant and I) hung silhouettes of the guests. All the guests got to take one home and these were later collected and made into a beautiful album for the bride and groom.

I did my first wedding reception this past weekend! It was so much fun. I squeezed in about 70 silhouettes in 3 hours. So it’s official now, I do weddings.
