Because of the custom nature of this work:

Custom Orders
Custom silhouettes are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Custom Items
For ready-made items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with a photo, and we will make it right.
