If you’d like to feature two siblings on one charm, Patti can hand engrave both on the top together with one overlapping the other as is often seen in traditional hand cut paper silhouettes. Of course, you will be shown images to view before Patti begins engraving to make sure you are happy with the design. *This option is only available on the small or oval size charms. The petite size is just too small to add a sibling.
